Todd Helton & Bernard King , biased aside, you have lost your freaking mind. Manning isn't a lock for the NFL GOAT either

Bo Jackson was a great college player and overall athlete. But Peyton Manning is one of the greatest players in football history

But Peyton couldn't hit curve or fastball out the ballpark... then rush for TD the next day.

Yeah and Bo Jackson couldn't go 3-1 against Bama and throw 55 touchdowns in a season

Helton played in about 1,123 games at Coors Field.

If you don't think that gave his stats a significant bump then you're ignorant.

I shudder to think what Thomas could have done at Coors.

Manning was qb from 1994-1997…

quote:

Overview Recapping Alabama football coaches' debut seasons, from ... From 1994 to 1997, the Alabama Crimson Tide football team was coached by Gene Stallings for the first three seasons (1994-1996) and Mike DuBose for the final season (1997). Stallings had a successful tenure, including a national championship in 1992, but his final two recruiting classes were impacted by NCAA sanctions. DuBose, who took over in 1997, had a challenging first season marked by a losing record and struggles in conference play.

Quite an accomplishment against a team under NCAA sanctions. Congratulations.

I would have to assume LSU does not have a baseball player in the hall of fame?

We don't but. when we finally get a baseball player in the HOF, the other two are pretty impressive..

Jim Taylor- 5 NFL championships, 4 prior to Super Bowl and 1st Super Bowl champ and MVP of game. 3 x All pro 5 x Pro Bowl. Lambeau Ring of Honor. NFL HOF inductee in 1976.

Shaq or Pete(nuff said).

Burrow, Shaq, and Skenes is collectively better than Manning, Bernard King, and Todd Helton. Might even put Jefferson over Burrow, but it's hard not to put a QB there.

LSU clears this by miles. Burrow or Jefferson, Shaq, Skenes.

Bo Jackson, never had above 1,000 rushing yards in any season in the NFL.

Shaq would rank ahead on most people's all time list over Barkley.

Skenes will go down as a better MLB player than Frank Thomas.

I think each 3 of LSU's individually will go down as better at their sport. Burrow or Jefferson > Bo Jackson. Shaq > Barkley. Skenes > Frank Thomas.
