Ole Miss is a program that appeals to transfers partly because the transfer athlete is more mature than the high school athlete.

Now, I think Kiffin is on the cusp of making Ole Miss a hot destination for blue chip high school recruits.

You're right. He will. But after he does it, he'll get tapped for a better job. Unfortunately then, Ole Miss will need to recruit a HC nearly as talented as Lane else go back to the days of yore. It sucks but Ole Miss is unfortunately at a big disadvantage. I do hope they prosper however. That's a great university with good fans. I've enjoyed all my visits there.

Kiffin has us in two NY6 bowls(read as: CFP Playoffs going forward) in 3 years. Do blue chip high school recruits not like the idea of a program that shows some consistency in making it to that?

We'll just come after Saban, then.

Since you seem to know where Kiffin will go.

What is he going to go? This is the fourth year in a row you morons have been predicting this.

Tell us what's a better job than Ole Miss in the NIL/Transfer era and why. I'd like to hear.

May be the trendy option for a while if Freshwater has some success using mercenary players, but won't be sustainable.

Using mercenaries can be a bridge to making Ole Miss into a football program that recruits on a national level.

OM is barely top 20 in hs recruiting. One good transfer portal year does not a top program make.

The Sip has the recruits for at least one powerhouse program, if they can be kept in state

Jalen better worry about learning to read a defense and not me.

Facts. Mississippi is what I think Louisiana would be if Tulane hadn't left the SEC.
