Now see, Lane is trying to fit in. He's in Louisiana, he's learned to crawfish.

It's funny how the Ole Miss fans want the LSU fans to set up unrealistic expectations so we will be mad at Lane. Good stuff

I bet Jerrell Powe was very upset after someone read him that Vanity Fair article.

Am I wrong for assuming that boosters knowingly paid $40 million for a roster anticipating a rebuilding year?

If they did they are beyond stupid

Is everyone on the team just for 1 year?

I'm expect LSU's fanbase will show the proper maturity and patience Lane Kiffin deserves.

I was assured that LSU will never lose another game EVER right after Lane was hired. We'll all just have to learn to accept that fact .

Lane Kiffin does not need to be head coach at a high profile program. FAU was perfect for him. He still did and said stupid shite, but the national media and fans didn’t pay attention or even notice.

At every high profile stop he has eventually self-destructed. Raiders? Tennesse? USC? Ole Miss? Ugly, ugly break ups. Even when he was under Saban he still had to be reigned in constantly and burned many bridges.

But this time will be different.

If they are good enough then yeah. Princewill if he keeps performing like he did at the end of the year will be a first round pick.

Leavitt? Unsure. If he goes off he could project in the first round but Lane never had a QB starting for just one year (excluding Trinidad)

Is he supposed to come out and say we’re going undefeated in year 1?

In 2013, Gus got to the Natty in Year 1 at a new school. With a team that did not win a single SEC game the previous year.

Why can't Lane?

I thought he was supposed to be one of the best...

I will never forget he started a 5th string WR at running back in a must win game, when he had a perfectly good RB, lost said game and got booted from playoffs.

Cant wait to see how the loving and forgiving tiger fans react when this happens, because it will.
