Tennessee was supposed to be an 8&4 team and LSU has a first year coach. Neither fanbase should "melt" if they don't make the playoffs.

Nah.

UGA will follow the same model from last year since they're getting in anyway just to spite Tennessee- keeping them out.

In the event LSU wins and Tennessee gets left out the rant will be a thing of beauty. The Tennessee spammers finding out that sucking for 25 years leads to be no one giving you enough respect To jump a two loss team that just happens to have been to 4 national championships since your last appearance in the 90’s.

the committee cant wait to exclude a two loss ut and a three loss lsu.
theyre gonna be falling all over themselves to fill it with two big tenfourteen teams and usc west or some shite.

This is the weirdest thread. I can understand OP's troll, but to double down and post multiple responses on 7 pages is cringe.

Imagine caring more about beating a team 40-13 at home than winning your conference.

Ole Tenner hoping to use the back door to get in.................... I'll just leave that one along because it is too easy.

Not melting. Tennessee beat LSU in Baton Rouge. There is precedent that the committee would take Tennessee with just one loss. If LSU would shock the world and beat Georgia then let the chips fall where they may.

Why in the frick would we be melting? There’s not a single LSU fan who can really say they expected to be in Atlanta this year. We’re all over the moon and Tennessee going to the playoffs won’t come close to touching that. In fact, I hope you do so you can get the experience of having your arse handed to you again by Georgia.

They don’t have much practice with the latter. I believe we call that “all hat, no cattle” or something like that

LSU and TN's playoff chances are pretty equal at this point, but with LSU controlling their own destiny and TN able to do nothing but watch and stock up on mustard. (And just a friendly bit of advice, go outside the trailer to throw the mustard. They say it's hell to get those stains out of discount carpet.)

I’m starting to see why the Vols are so hated in the SECe.

Just to be clear:

UT is going to the playoffs

No one knows that so it looks stupid for you to proclaim it.

LSU will be at home melting

Nope just basking in the glow of an unprecedented first season with a supernova future.

yep, on Dec 31st. You're not invited.

You may not be invited either just so you know. CFP might take a 1 loss USC over yall anyway and TCU has passed its hardest test left.Yall better hope whoever wins out of Ohio State and Michigan that its a blow out. Again we will make sure you have meds or alcohol when you don't make it in or get beat in the CFP to your daddy UGA or Ohio State in the first round, because you realize that Hooker is NFL bound next after this and there is a very real possibilty this was the best yall will be for a bit while LSU is just getting started its run in the west and UGA is far from a decline in the east, and as much as I hate to admit it Florida wont be down long.
Face it this was yalls best chance and you may not get in, which is what your sister tells you everynight I'm sure

I highly doubt LSU will melt that much for missing out this year. This season has been fun.

TCU wins out and wins the Big-12 and you won’t be anywhere near Atlanta on Dec. 31. I mean, unless you consider Knoxville near Atlanta.
