I don't get this at all. If the gun is not given to the shooter, she is still alive. Accessory to murder maybe?

Are we judged on our potential? If I were in Miller’s shoes would I be in jail?

If it were a no name dude who was a friend of the shooter would he be arrested?

We’ll never know. Miller will be tried in the court of public opinion, better than going to jail I reckon.

34 year cop here. Over 20 years as a homicide investigator and I absolutely don’t have enough facts to say who should be arrested and for what.

In your opinion, is the presence of Miller's dash cam a major factor in not charging him? Seems like it would help establish a clear timeline and capture any conversation between those involved. It may be the reason Miller isn't in jail right now.

There is an old saying in the law, “A DA could indict a ham sandwich.”

He isn’t indicted because the DA didn’t ask for an indictment it’s really that simple. Actual guilt has little to do with it or do you not have Netflix, as they must have a dozen shows on that alone.

You shouldn't believe him. His daddy may have been an attorney but he grew up in the Spring Hill area of Mobile. He grew up in a very privileged area and falls back on that for credibility.

Closest he's ever been to legal expertise is probably the Long mansion or Dr. Wallace's mansion off of Tuthill Avenue.

My children grew up in the privileged area of Springhill, I just paid for it. I have been practicing law longer than Earl (i think) and definitely way longer than Bennett.

It fricking was an execution. two cars blocked them in. Guy says "I told you I would get you, Bitch" and blasted a young mother in the fricking face. All because she would frick him.

Y'all need to get some fricking perspective.

Roddy Bryan's dash cam was the reason he wasn't indicted.

And then he was indicted and that same dash cam footage convicted all 3 of them of murder.

Only difference is initially the DA was sympathetic (the guy was a former cop and his son was the killer). Once the corrupt DA was removed , justice was served.

I bet your pediatrician was either Dr. Dan Sullivan or Dr. Bud Sullivan.

I am older than Earle bro. Most of my practice was in other states before I even moved here. I do know that Farquhar was one of them, excellent doctor better person. My wife handled the rest. I was somewhat involved in St Paul’s shite but basically a visitor for the rest.

Seriously, you guys need to lighten up a little, everyone is just screwing with you for fun on this. At least I am. This is an entertainment board pretending to be a sports board. It’s all bullshite.

I actually like you guys now, you are taking care of my son. There is an obvious answer to all this.

Miller is obviously a cooperating witness in all this shite, probably sang like a bird from the start. That is the smart move and I am sure he made it. DA is in catch 22 rn, he doesn’t want to reveal that rn.

It’s a good thing he don’t give the gun to the shooter.
