It's wild to me that Ole Miss fans actually believe Lane was off "stalking" his ex the week of the Kentucky game yet no one apparently had a problem with it and Ole Miss was begging him to stay this year.

Everyone did a damn good job covering up lanes issues when he was here because it was for the good of the program, and he was winning. No such incentive exists now that he’s gone so all the “rumors” are fair game and many of them, including the Kentucky week, are out there. He’s an incredibly good coach but he would be so much better if he could just ignore the college girls.

I know this is some conspiracy theory shite but I really think Layla moving to Oxford last summer was part of keeping him sane.
I remember before the Peach Bowl a few years ago people on the Ole Miss boards were saying some bad personal shite was going down with Kiffin in Atlanta the day before the game. They were worried about the game because it was affecting his focus and Weis Jr was going to have complete control over the calls during the game. But then we won and everyone forgot about it.
Someone on our board claimed to know what was going on (it may have been Pete) but said you couldn’t torture the information out of him. I have always wondered what it was because he had been dating the 24-25 year old for a couple of months at that point

Honestly, he is playing with fire because he is in a position of power. That is a really good point. That is how you get fired when things go south in your personal life.

It's the uneducated masses. She could call him a sexual predator and with the current court system and social standards he's just screwed. I told my son to watch himself with college women when he was in school. Guilty until proven innocent.
