I'm going to stay with Razorback fans for the game and they've demanded one thing - I make a gumbo for them.
If I had the right set up, they'd get some Jambalaya too. Just gotta brown the pork enough so that it doesn't turn out too blond.

When your reference to cuisine is half assed at best, and usually full out FAIL, then your understanding of what makes a dish good is skewed by your lack of experience and ignorance of food in general, which in my experience with Arky people, can usually fill the Grand Canyon.
