Ok, there's just no point in being sacrilegious.

You must be getting ready for the Arky midnight yell practice this Friday. Get your overalls cleaned and pressed.

You can't build a good jambalaya without pork. And you NEVER, EVER put shrimp in jambalaya.

Jambalaya is good if you have the right cook. I have eaten some that wasn't it.

I like jambalaya when it's good. But, I don't like it when it's not good.

All it is is rice dressing, dumbass. Or paella.

It has ingredients available in just about every state in the union:
rice, bell peppers, onions, parsley, seasonings, and either chicken and sausage or shrimp - depending on your taste.

Anybody could make it. Some do a brown jambalaya (chicken or beef stock and corn starch for thickening the beginning roux) or red jambalaya (with tomato sauce)...

I'm going to stay with Razorback fans for the game and they've demanded one thing - I make a gumbo for them.

If I had the right set up, they'd get some Jambalaya too. Just gotta brown the pork enough so that it doesn't turn out too blond.

When your reference to cuisine is half assed at best, and usually full out FAIL, then your understanding of what makes a dish good is skewed by your lack of experience and ignorance of food in general, which in my experience with Arky people, can usually fill the Grand Canyon.
