Just one example, out of many out there: the folks in Omaha, during the CWS, love it so much that most of their restaurants now serve it as cajun food. Herbie, from ESPN, has said he never eats less than 2 plates whenever he joins the tailgating parties pre & post game. Re boiled crawfish, a great way to enjoy the boil the next day is to let a honey baked ham soak in it over nite. BEST ham available.
