Sumo deadlift of 565lbs roughly translates to about a 200lb. normal deadlit.

His squat form is atrocious but it is a bit better than Derrick Henry's "squat". Neither would count in a real official powerlifting meet.

I'm sure these lifts are going to translate really well to handing off the ball.

Well, good thing Hurts isn't at Bama to compete in powerlifting, right?

Cade Foster was a freak in the weight room.

He couldn't kick for shite.

When you kick them to the 5 yard line every time then you better be able to tackle.

This is just makes you sound even dumber than before. That is completely false. Some lifters are stronger in sumo and others are stronger in a conventional stance. But there is never that large of a discrepancy between someones conventional and sumo lift.

His squat form is pretty damn good. Only thing that needs to be fixed is his head placement. Instead of looking up, he should look directly in front.

But you are making it readily apparent that you have virtually no knowledge on lifting technique.

He knows just enough to sound impressive to a laymen, but sound like a dumbass to those who actually know what they are talking about.

Sumo dead-lifts are the equivalent of a quarter squat. Which is ironic, because that's also what Jalen Hurts is doing in his "squat" video.

Frankly surprised bench is so low. I presume he suffers from long arms on the bench.

Not only could I lift more than Jalen Hurts, legitimately. But I could also play quarterback better than him.

That's very good. He gets assistance on bench and squat and that ain't 565 on the deadlift

What assistance did he get on the squat? The spotter had hover hands.

Deadlift was 565. 2 of those plates (the ones closest to the inside) are 100lb plates.

The fact that his bench press is so piss poor in comparison to his squat and deadlift shows poor dedication and discipline at everything that he does in life.

Congratulations on your terrible quarterback, Bama.

Lol. I might've been venting about a contractor that I wanted to slap, but didn't want to lose my job over.

And that series of tubes can be tricky.
