Finally gets its day in court beginning tomorrow. It’s probably nothing but could be interesting.
Sherrill is suing the NCAA for collusion. Apparently there is an allegation that an NCAA investigator was sleeping with an Ole Miss booster.

In the Bama assistant coach trial (Cottrell?), the NCAA investigator Rich Johanningmeier admitted under oath to something with the OM booster woman. I don't know if he admitted to an affair. Maybe just to being in her house, which would still be unethical and point towards collusion.

It’s pretty much known or was known by everyone in Oxford and OM. Wasn’t even tried to be kept secret. Don’t act like you never heard it. Kind of the same everyone knew about Freeze sleeping with the youngest girls he could get away with. And the fact that Rebel Rags was known to give free stuff to recruits. It was all bragged upon daily until other people found out away from Oxford. Then all of sudden, Rebs were like “THIS is PREPOSTEROUS!”

The alleged booster who slept with the NCAA investigator is the wife of a candidate for the Ole Miss chancellor position. I never bought it, but many State people did. We'll see what shakes out in court.
