Arkansas came to the SEC because of Texas. So did Missouri and A&M. I don't think you understand how shitty it is to share a conference with them.

I don’t want UT and OU so bama and auburn can move to the east, I want them so that the SEC can move to 4, 4 team pods and a 9 game conference schedule. That way we can play every team in the SEC every 2 years and go to every away stadium every 4 years as opposed to what we have now where you play every team every 6 years and away games every 12 years.

This doesn’t address his point. Texas didn’t kill either of these conferences because they won too much. They killed it because they used their money to throw their weight around, get what they want, and royally frick up everything for everyone else, and ultimately themselves. That’s what he’s getting at.
It takes a strong commissioner to keep all these AD’s and presidents in line. I think the SEC has that currently and has had it in the past. One thing that may help keep Texas in check is that aTm, Arkansas, and Missouri will vote against Texas in everything almost reflexively. I bet LSU falls in line with them pretty closely as does MSU.

Fear is not the appropriate description, at all.
Fans are leery of Texas because of their reputation, which they have rightly earned according to former members of the big 12/SWC.
