You can expect aTm fans to show fear. They go from being only-brother to little bro again. But the Bama, LSU, UGA, Fl fans fearing that big bad Texas will control the SEC is pathetic

It is you that is pathetic and wants Texas in the SEC. Texas isn't worth it to be in the SEC.

Texas will whine a lot but other than that they'll be barely noticed

It’s absolutely true. Texas controlled and killed the SWC...the Big 12...and I have news for you. Once Saban is gone, the ‘bama program cant match the Texas money.

I want to see Kirby play bama yearly with the same (or better) recruiting classes. Would make the inevitable 1980 much funnier.

I've seen mainly either an estimation of how this would work (scheduling-wise and financially), or people expressing concern with the political implications of Texas trying to strong-arm the conference.
Of course there have been about 300 new threads about this, so maybe I missed something?

Ahhhh- wouldn’t say I’ve read anything to denote fear. The majority of the posters against it have expressed not wanting to have to deal with primarily Texas and their apparent continued soap opera bullshite.
