But of course, the Rant says LSU = incline, A&M = decline.

It could have something to do with the fact that your defense is atrocious.

Well that sucks

But to add to the OP, LSU is in a full, nosedive decline. Did anyone else watch their new QB today? Jordan Jefferson 2.0 coming.

Then you should be worried. Jefferson kicked your teams arse as well.

He lost to Houston Nutt twice so I'm not worried if he comes back

LSU has been pretty even. 4 consecutive 10 win seasons is not an indication of a massive decline, no matter what the genius of the Rant decides. Recruiting Is still chugging along. By the way, nice job matching our worst record of the last decade.

As for the QB, the cupboard isn't exactly bare. JJ and Lee never had Cam as an OC, either. He doesn't even belong in the same conversation as Crowton or Studds/Kragthorpe. Mett didn't exactly set the world on fire last year, but looked pretty good this season. We'll see.

So now you're bragging on Houston Nutt. Sad day for Ole Miss. You're like Arkansas, you beat us every once in a while but never finish higher ranked than we do. Congratulations!
