Yep same here played ball with both in High School and had several classes with Verge. I don't ever chime in when these folks go off on his character, but he certainly has my backing, because even though it was long time ago, I know what kind of person he was then and at our cores we don't change that much. He is a terrible play caller. His teams at ULL were one-dimensional good running attack inconsistent as hell throwing, which is Florida.

I've watched most of that game a couple of times just trying to look at the OL. The right side of the OL is really the weak point on the line. Chester actually played ok, but Weston Davis was either getting no push or pushed back on running plays and looked very heavy in his feet on passing plays. We have a championship type of D-line but I don't think you can say that about O-line at this point.
