Even at South Carolina, a head coaching job in the SEC is desirable. Would be a good hire too.

4 prior years as a head coach with 4 conference game appearances with 3 titles. Yeah its all Buster. Florida could take any OC from any school in America. Everybody wants to ride Sumrall's coattails.

Sumrall has Craddock working under Buster now. He may be the guy.
Kade Bell is a very good OC who's probably just waiting on the UF call if it opens up.
Not to mention UF will be a top spot for any available OC.
Not worried.

Money talks but he's already said he wants to be where he can win championships.
No disrespect to SC but it's a tough road being instate with Clemson, UGA nearby, the Vols not too far away, the North Carolina schools up the road.
All of that with a SEC schedule...like Dusty Rhodes said, "hard times daddy"!
It could happen but he can wait on Clemson or maybe even GT which would be an easier road and get him closer to home.
Not sure if he would be interested in FSU or not.
UF will pay him whatever it takes in the meantime as well.

I hope he wouldnt take that job. Kind of hoping we can have him for the 27 season. It is good one of the biggest SEC or BIg 10 jobs wont be opening up like some years. I guess USC could possibly.
