I agree and I think money is the only reason. If your goal is to make the playoff, South Carolina is at the bottom of P4 jobs given the 9-game conference schedule and Clemson every year.

Sumrall would definitely go with Craddock his QBs coach that was his OC at Tulane to be the OC. The question is will he learn enough from Faulkner or not.

Kirby was pretty damn close to taking that job and was pretty picky about his opportunities.He obviously thought the potential was there but NIL obviously has changed things in 2026.

Yes, an elite coordinator who will likely have great options and is already making multiple millions.

Why take a coach killing job.If Fla continues to win and the offense improves throughout the season he will get better offers.

To be an SEC HC. Any HC job in the SEC is better than OC job at UF
