Actually, you are partially correct. But you don’t get to count 2021 since Stoops was caught cheating and Kentucky had to forfeit their games.

Between 2014-2018, Stoops had a good run against USC but his overall record was still 6-7. I guess after USC’s 10 straight wins (2000-2009), Stoops looked like he was Bear Bryant to Kentucky fans.

Mark Stoops. . . beating SC and Missouri every year for a while is what made him.

Going 6-7 against USC made him??? That’s a curious take.

David Cutcliffe, very good coach and even better person.

Agree. Kind, humble, and personable.

Yeah, he kept Georgia relevant and always in the hunt but was not able to create a dynasty.

Mark Richt won 2 SEC titles in 15 years.

But didn’t they average going to the SEC championship every three years under Richt?

as a fan of South Carolina, what POSSIBLE benefit do you get personally by seeing us beat tech

Good question. To give a full answer would take too long but boiling it down to basics, it comes down to SOS. IF Georgia was in a position to go to the CFP with a win over GT, or go home, I’d certainly be pulling for Georgia to win, especially if it helped USC via SOS.

t, I will be cheering for the non-SEC team

So, we should all be cheering for Georgia Tech when they play Georgia? Why would we do that?
Nick Saban:

292-71

Very impressive.

We’re stacked with talent on offense. Just need new players to gel in new system. Once we get past Clemson unscathed they’ll be really good.

I hope LSU beats Clemson soundly. 64-0 sounds appealing!! .

If you think fricking South Carolina and Florida are the same in the 90-2010s you crazy.

HUH????

Lackluster, for sure. Worst ever? Ehhhhhhhhhhhhh

And yet Billy Napier had about the same record at Florida (22-23) as Muschamp had at USC (28-30). So, Napier shouldn’t be on the list either?

Will Muschamp should not be on here at all...571 win percentage is not top ten wrose at all

I would say you are only looking at one side of the coin . . . perhaps, naturally. But Muschamp also had a record of 28-30 at USC, and we don’t forget. He definitely deserves to be included on ANY list of lackluster HC’s.

Is LSU really going to a purple field? Or, is it fake news?
All Gamecocks say, “Shhhhhhhhhhh . . . let ‘em pick THEIR team” :gococks:

Get ready for a clash of the titans, folks, because those big ol’ Brutus Buckeyes from Columbus are headin' south to test the holy waters in Sin City for this year's National Title Game. Now, the Pope's Pupils have been lookin' mighty fine lately, and they’re prayin' for a miracle under the watchful eyes of Touchdown Jesus. But the Buckeyes are packin' a powerful punch and a defense that’ll make you repent your sins on the spot. Expect those Buckeyes to run wild all over the gridiron and leave the Irish singin' the blues. Leonards Loser, Notre Dame.

Very creative writing and entertaining!

But no SEC team in the final??? Surely Georgia or Texas will be there.

Yep. How long will it be before MLB teams take over the NIL for certain programs & just use them as farm clubs?

That’s a very insightful and intriguing comment. Whether or not a MLB team would invest in a “blue blood” program like LSU or a lesser known program (who needs more NIL $$$) would make it interesting. However, if they did invest in a college team, it would be the end of minor leagues.
