Bama has severe issues, I’ve said it, many of yall have said it. We’ve had chances this first half and crapped the bed as usual for the past 5-6 games. Maybe we make this one close, maybe not.
But just based on eye test, I don’t see IU beating Georgia or even Miami. They don’t seem national title good given how familiar I am with Alabama’s issues.
Georgia 31-21 vs Indiana
Miami 17-10 vs Indiana

They’re good, man. They might just do it.

Indiana is the only playoff bye team to lead going into halftime. Ever
This was the best chance to beat them. Indiana will use Alabama to “knock off the rust” and be even better next week
They are the #1 team for a reason

Look, I’m hitting Miami at +410 to win it all, but if you think this Indiana team is a fraud and unable to win it all…

Either Oregon or Miami is winning it.

Assuming they see this one out, the only thing standing between them and the final is an Oregon team they’ve already beaten once, in Eugene. They will feel like the home team in Atlanta, too.
A matchup, with Georgia would be interesting. Think I’d favor the dawgs in that one, slightly. On a neutral, field, I’d like Indiana over Miami, but if that’s the matchup, it will be on Miami’s home field.

Anyone that thinks Indiana isn’t for real is a fool. Motor graders up front, RB with motor that doesn’t quit and a QB you can’t rattle with a D that is very stubborn. They will be hard to beat.

I know the season has been farcical, but SOMEBODY has to not be a fraud.

This Indiana team will bury Georgia.

What game are you watching. This is clearly not a Saban era Bama team, but still has talent. They don’t play tough or disciplined under DeBoer. The Hoosiers are curb stomping the Tide. Mendoza is elite. Indiana is very disciplined on both sides the ball.
IU is “title good” but whether they will win it or not may just depend on the bounce of ball.

Cignetti just keeps knocking doubting fools aside.
Always another to step up I suppose.
