Yeah, Aggy fricked up. It's what they do.
Yep, you're right.
And it so amusing to watch them go from bravado and crowing to despair and a muted acceptance once they realized they fricked up yet again.

Please don’t think that the fact that you’re going to get a lot of upvotes means that anyone is going actually read your post. With this title, you could have posted the Magna Carta in the body of your thread and rantards would have upvoted the shite out of it.

He's making 75 million all guaranteed. what motivation does he have to actually coach? He can retire for the rest of his life.

For the record, I would upvote the Magna Carta

First and foremost, you are looking for ability and experience. If both of those boxes are not checked, then you can throw the resume in the trash.
So if someone applies for a job and they don't have experience in the job previously, you just throw the resume away?
I'm glad the rest of the planet doesn't subscribe to this school of thought.

Exactly. 100% on point. Money can buy you everything but championships. That's what a&m is missing and they're trying all they can to achieve that, it's not that easy.

That could be said about any coach with a big buyout. It's simply the cost of doing business in today's market.

107th pass defense vs. Top 10 pass offense.

Dammit, you're right. I knew we should have hired Chad Morris
Having Aggie ties is a fricking must. We are so damn stupid for not considering that.

Hey, look on the bright side Jimbo.. at least you met the hottest chick on campus.
You’re kind of a douche, huh? Did that girl do something to deserve your insults?

Jimbo has been looking to get away from Florida and have a fresh start with his sons since 2015. So many ranter’s are overthinking this. We have the money to both pay him, buy out his contract and hire a new coach if or when the time comes.
I have no reason to believe or not believe your internet bona fides as someone who “hires people for a living”, but a Waffle House manager hires people for a living if you know what I mean.
How much time did you spend on this post anyway?

Sumlin was already retired on the job the past six years, so it can’t get worse. Especially since recruiting will definitely improve
