Just because the game doesn't have any implications on the playoff and just because there isn't any thuggery/fighting on the field doesn't mean it isn't intense. It's a very unique game and there is nothing else like it. It is at the very top of my sports bucket list.
Navy has had a rough season at 3-9 but if they win today, it's still a successful year for them.

You'll get destroyed because people are going to act like you aren't patriotic, but the game itself is way overblown. It's downright boring.
That doesn't mean I don't respect the hell out of the players for what they are willing to take on for our country. It just means the game isn't that great.
I'll still watch though because it's the only thing on.

And yes I said the Egg Bowl is the nastiest Rivalry I've been to. But that's because neither school respects each other. You see respect in this game which is unusual. It's pure football.
I'm sorry you're missing the opportunity to witness one of the best games in college football just because you have it in your head that a game played in the old Cotton Bowl in the Dallas hood is much better than this environment.

Lol how do you know the players are thugs??? In that case, all sports is full of them because they fight in every sport except golf. Football is unique sport. You are only saying that it is unique because its army and navy.
