Because Lane won so many big games huh? Lane lost to UGA. Pete beat UGA. Lane losses that game by not kicking the FGs early and getting into to big of a hole before halftime.

Lane's known for phoning it in when he's got a new job lined up.

he B1G insisted the SEC was not all that good when we won 7 in a row. Wake me up when the B1G wins 7 in a row, and i will be impressed. Buncha amateurs.

I think Lane beat UGa in 2024 and it was Pete's defense that gave up all those 43 points put up on you. Oh yeah, Pete won a neutral field while y'all lost on the road in a hostile environment under Lane.
Make no mistake, that was Lane's team and the offense was lead by Lane's LSU staff.
Pete "Booger" Golding will be the next Gene Chizik or Larry Coker. They were men who had initial success with a program someone else built and then were canned after wrecking the program.

I only like SEC ball. I do not care what others are doing.

He would have lost to Georgia playing too aggressive

Lane didn’t build shite, he is good at knowing who to pay though. He has never won anything of substance and won’t, because he’s a shite coach

C'mon man....don't sugar-coat it. Tell us how you really feel about Lane.

I don’t have the want or need to ignore it. Doesn’t really matter, imo.

I'm not sure they win it all, but it would've definitely helped their chances.
And further it shows how juvenile they are in Oxford.

That’s really smart coming from a ARK fan whose team hasn’t done anything in FB since Houston Nutt and he didn’t do much.Yall just hired a high school coach and you’re criticizing LSU,what a pussy?

Lane isn't a good coach. He is however the best that was available this past year. For whatever that is worth

Indiana didn't bother me, that was a fun story.

Well, if the CFP committee didn’t purposely put SEC vs SEC in the first round of games, we might have a fair comparison. They do what they can to prop up the big 10.

And Michigan?
At the end of the day they were elite in the trenches. Sure stealing signs might’ve given them an extra edge but they were physical and dominant enough to win on talent and experience alone.

Maybe. We'll never really know though, will we.
