Do I think everything LSU does is above board? No. Do I think they are the only program that plays beyond the rules? No. Do I think that certain associations which relate to the Athletic Program and Board of Trustees in Baton Rouge are a huge problem for the University and its' fanbase down the road? Absolutely. Is LSU about to get broadsided by a number of regulatory agencies? We shall see...

Winning without morals? Like giving Dodge Chargers to players?

You dont read well do you? I quit watching this CLOWN SHOW in 2019, I saw what was coming, This is not the sport I grew up loving.
So, I could care less, its people like Kiffen and Jimbo Fisher skirting the rules that has ruined this game. and people like you who winning is more important than integrity. Saban had integrity, that is why he quit.
He saw the joke clown show coming.

Its not the point.
The SEC will lose and from understanding the State of Louisiana has no interest in not keeping this going the Louisiana AG said this is personal.
"The commissioner is the leader of the whole league ad should be equal to all members, not to pick and choose when and who the rules apply to"
On the stand Sankey said:" I have the authority to say who and who doesn't have eligibility " also he cand define what constitutes an amateur athlete.
As the heas of a amateur athletic conference that should be a slam dunk, but he didnt know because there is no definitive answer because everything is in flux and he is the arbiter of the rules he gets to make up as he goes.
Sankey will be gone by next football season, he stepped in it then made it personal because he made himself look bad and the conference will lose in the end .

During discovery, all communication between the league, its employees, and its member institutions will be subpoenaed.
As will all of Lane Kiffin's emails and text messages.
If y'all really want to go down that road, knock yourselves out.

Who is “yall”?
It amazes me how many people can’t even wrap their heads around who is suing who.

100% but this could have been avoided which is why Sankey F'd this all up. the SEC is going to pay $2-3M (which is small but not nothing) when they could have avoided this all along.
It's called a "control premium." They are essentially paying the money to have more control over their member institutions and their product.
The SEC is totally willing to pay this money to maintain the optics that this isn't truly professional football (but it obviously is).
Also, LSU made a play to go to the top in NIL, which is totally fine, but it's really all about optics. They want to keep viewers onboard with what college football provides (passion, pagaentry, history, rivalries, etc.) instead of having a "win at all costs" attitude. Whether this actually works or not- that remains to be seen. I realize that we have a quarterback making more than the Saints quarterback this year- which is crazy- but it is what it is.
In the long-term, the only things that are going to matter are coaching and NIL. The irony of this is that we are both of our programs are set to reap the benefits of this system. Now, I think it best to ask yourself- "Who is unhappy with the current state of affairs?"
Hint: it's not LSU or Ole Miss.
Top 20 in NIL (source: NIL Standard):

Why dont you guys just get the hell out? Or treat this as it is, a serious situation, if you want to thumb your nose at the other 15 schools just LEAVE ALREADY. Winning without morals is LOW CLASS.
LSU isn't suing anybody. LSU hasn't rostered a pro player much less played one unlike ALABAMA so maybe keep your stones covered for now considering you live in the biggest glass house on the SEC block. .

How's that barber in Louisiana doing these days? Do your players still get Chargers? Do the REC bagmen still have a job?
LOL, keep gumping.

Bama fans: you know you created this whole thing, right? You call us low class… come on. You were the first school to allow a player to play 5 basketball games.
Again, please look in the mirror.

Until they drag some of you lawyers into court and start hitting you fricks in the wallet, I couldn't give a shite what happens in any of these cases. Y'all have fricked this up six ways from Sunday.

Tony Clayton won't allow that to happen lmfao. Tony Clayton is a bulldog in a China Shop. He will make sure he sees the SEC in Court. He doesn't settle until he has at least gotten in front of a judge.

LOL this. It's common knowledge Saban and all other major programs compensated players. To deny it shows ignorance and low-IQ.
