He doesn't speak for all of us. I want to play the big dogs bama and georgia. It's the only way to see how far we have to climb out of this mess our boosters have created.

B1G about to make a big move.

Link: B1G vetting Ten Teams
quote:

According to a new report, they have actually vetted 10 different schools as potential expansion candidates. Jim Williams reported that those 10 teams are Cal, Stanford, Oregon, Washington, Georgia Tech, Virginia, North Carolina, Duke, Utah, and Miami.

All 10 are AAU. That would take them to 26 while they wait on ND to decide. They will basically have every single one of ND’a rivals.

USC
Stanford
Purdue
Michigan State
Northwestern
Michigan
Miami
* Pittsburgh #28 with Notre Dame?

Divisions

PAC
USC
UCLA
Oregon
Washington
California
Stanford
Utah

ACC
Notre Dame
Miami
Pittsburgh
UVA
UNC
Duke
GT

plus 2 current B1G divisions..

and it aligns with Arizona & Colorado talking to the Big 12.. lots of smoke here imo

That leaves these teams for the SEC:
FSU
Clemson
NC State
VT
Louisville

That’s 11 ACC schools + ND. This may happen sooner than later as a 75% vote will dissolve the conference.

They are clearly working together if something like this goes down.

I don’t think the SEC wants any of those teams.

The 2024 season should play out like the TV show Survival.

If they want to break the ACC up now, they would have to take 4, maybe 5 to get to the 75% vote to dissolve.

That is a shitload of teams for the B1G to be vetting.. and all AAU schools.. ironically Miami and Notre Dame just got announced last week as new members.

Plus the smoke that their are unhappy ACC schools..

Plus the smoke of Utah not considering the Big 12..

Plus the smoke of Colorado and Arizona talking to the Big 12..

Plus the new playoff about to start. I think this is about to go down and soon to try and avoid some lawsuits.

ACC dissolves
PAC dissolves
Big 12 is left holding their GOR and their dicks

Maybe I’m crazy but there is a lot of stuff adding up here to a breakaway from the NCAA with two leagues sooner than later.

It’s this. FSU is a better fit than UF honestly. Clemson is a no brainer along with the two NC schools. I want Oklahoma State but I don’t know where they fit in. After that, I’m good. Maybe VT and/or WVU.

I could see a world where the Big 10/SEC divide takes shape between Virginia and North Carolina or in Virginia with UVA going to the Big 10 and VT going to the SEC.

Agreed and understood.. which is why I think Ok State and/or Kansas will have to be added if we go to 24. No way to get to a division of 6 teams otherwise, but maybe they go with a 3-6 plan and that won’t matter, no matter the number of teams.
Kansas athletics is such a joke though. The brand is salvageable and the endowment and student population are there but Kansas State brings more competition and more of an SEC fanbase to the table.

UNC, Duke, Indiana, so Calipari can’t duck that rivalry game and Kansas
none would do much for football but the SEC would own the hardwood.

I don't know why this has to be said over and over again. The SEC doesn't want or need Clemson, period. They bring nothing to the table.

Miami, North Carolina, UVA, or VT. Thats it.
