If no one cooperates their isn't shite they can do, no matter what is on tape. NCAA doesn't have subpoena power so unless someone admits something the NCAA can't do shite. As far as if Wade cheated? I absolutely have no doubt that he did and I said it over a year ago that Will Wade was the Hugh Freeze of college basketball. for someone outside of the NCAA umbrella, however if you work for a school or get a scholly, you must comply

You also have evidence procured from outside that is pretty damning. The NCAA also does not need hard proof to punish as well
