It’s not really the playoffs without Bama.

In past years this would be a true statement, after 44-16 total humiliation and Clemson making Bama quit, the committee has re-thought that mind set!

There will be at least 1 loss by this group. Do you really think (including LSU or Bama) for the first time ever we will have 4 unbeatean teams from 4 Power 5 conferences? Not happening.

Wow I didn’t expect so many people to be triggered by Bama privilege. What would the playoffs be without Alabama? A sham. The ratings would plummet. It’s like golf without Tiger Woods. The committee is not gonna let that happen

No, you won't. You've played no body. Your only two reg season games against ranked teams will have been against AU and LSU and you will have gone .500 against them.

That impresses no one.

I agree with you. I'm an LSU alum, and I hate seeing people from our fanbase running their mouths. You would think Bama is the only team on our schedule, the way people are infatuated. I've got a good friend who's a Bama alum and we're both worried about this year's game lol. I agree that I would hate to have to play you guys a second time, and I hope like hell it doesn't come to that.

Would you rather miss the playoffs and blame it on Tua's injury or get lit up by LSU twice?

Honestly, Bama was the better team in 2011 and should have won both games if you had a decent kicker. As good as your passing offense has been in 2019, I don't think that's the case this year.

Tiger fans, would you rather lose in November and miss the playoffs, or win in November, and then get embarrassed in an NC rematch game again?

Not going to happen because of the Tiger Triple.
Clemson Tigers made Bama quite.
LSU Tigers will break y’all.
And Auburn Tigers will take out the trash!

A two loss Bama will be watching LSU playing for the Natty!

As I stated back in 2011 and have stated consistently since then, if you can't even play for your conference championship you have no business playing for the
national championship with only 4 spots available.

You get your chance in 2 weeks. If you lose, you lose.

umm i'd rather win now. Clemson and OU will most likely be undefeated. I think Ohio State will be as well, hard to say right now. You won't make it unless something crazy happens.

Bama fans have convinced themselves that they’d get in over an undefeated conference champ?

Due to Tua’s injury, and then Alabama & LSU both win out. Assuming LSU is the #1 team in the country, Alabama will likely make it into the playoffs, and we’ll likely see a repeat of 2011.

The way it's shaping up right now, the SEC's path to getting two teams into the play-off is very narrow. Clemson is a lock to make it and Oklahoma seems close to being a lock. If either Ohio State, Penn State, or Wisconsin wins out, they're in. They're not going to take a second SEC team over an undeafeated Power 5 champ; and it's doubtful they'll take one over a 1-loss Power 5 champ, particularly if it's a blue-blood...

So barring some strange outcomes, which have happened in past years, I think it's looking like the SEC only gets one team in this year...

But what if LSU is better this year even with a healthy Tua as QB?

The Bama Rednecks will burn down their own neighborhood. That is a lot of destruction to trailers.
