Please stop. Just bc LSU got stupid about 2019 football doesn't mean every team to win a national championship now needs to claim to be the best ever. Also, how bout we actually win it first?

I really wish you’d just delete this thread. I know you won’t because you’re hard headed but It’s very serranaux-esque. And it almost assures we will lose in our regional. These NEVER work out well

Unfortunately, the post season can be a crap shoot.
State’s 1989 team was possibly our best ever team and did not even make it out of the Regional.
Arkansas has had a great regular season. But effectively speaking it means zero now.
In a 4 team regional or a 2-3 SR anything can happen in a game or two and then your great season is all for naught.

You talking about Wichita State's wins record? Back then, there weren't limits on how many games that could be played in the 80's. Their conference was so weak. Shouldn't even be in the discussion, especially since they didn't win a title with all those wins.
