Ended up walking out to the car with GF in tow, and loudly inviting the party to join me at Waffle House for some strong coffee, scatter covered and smothered, and some recreation in the parking lot. All in all, pretty good Christmas in Louisiana!

Even with no teams on bye, 7 standalone games means only 9 games in the “RedZone window.” And only 2 of those 9 fall in the 3 PM slot. Kind of a watered down football Sunday this week.
What are y’all’s thoughts on this? Prefer more standalone games or fewer so the Sunday afternoon slate can be packed?
With all the college bowl games everyday i have no problem with only 9 games Sunday in the NFL. There's some kind of football every day for the next 2 weeks straight so junkies will get there fair share of football
