I honestly don’t believe it since so many suits had been filed prior to this. 2nd. It would be almost impossible to prove. 3rd it’s not against any rules or bylaws, it’s just frowned upon.

We’re not the ones that need the out. It’s Sankey and the SEC.

But your coach actively encouraged players to sue the conference. That’s the issue. And if the SEC has evidence of this. I honestly don’t see how this ends with him still coaching in the SEC. If it’s true.

I don’t think they file the lawsuit without it.

What, you don't think a player who's agent is Drew Rosenhaus would not attempt to land a big NIL deal and play 1 more year in college, rather than scramble to make the Browns' practice squad?

It was probably assumed by all parties that they'd get the TROs without challenge, and play. And they did get the order, and then the injunction. But now those guys are really in a pickle, those practice squad slots are filled. Gotta go look at the CFL etc

Kiffin or the SEC, I take Kiffin 10 out of 10 times and let him build LSU into a dynasty that every players wants to be a part of.

Have fun finding a new board SEC schools.

Are you kidding. This is a free country and filing a lawsuit is not against the law.

This is America right. This is not Russia China or France.

SEC did it out of spite and these kids don't have rights no matter who is advising them. I think they do.

This is freaking communism at work. These SEC Office clowns sat by and did nothing for years to address this and now want to cry.

SEC branding power against one of their charter members.

I hope LSU files a Lawsuit taking it to the supreme court for Collusion and every other anti-Trust thing the SEC has ever done.

When all these ****** realize the crap they started it will effect every college team in every sport.

Be careful SEC anyone can file a lawsuit and it will take years and a hell of a lot of money from all the SEC pockets.

Screw Sankey. Screw the rest of the SEC Screw Finebaum and if they want to blow up college sports any worse than they already have then keep this charade going.

You picked the wrong people to mess with.

Louisiana Proud and will back LSU all the way. I will donate to pay some of the Lawyer fee's.

If they kick us out then move on but never forget. We are still located in the southeast and can do everything in our power to remember the schools that vote against us.

When you poke the Gator you get rolled in the swamp.

My blood pressure now requires attention but i am retired and will Get a sign and go to Washington and Picket Congress and White House. President Trump Loves LSU.

Absolutely don’t want to leave the SEC but if it comes down to them mandating that Lane be fire or we get kicked out, then BYE.

The SEC has no language in its bylaws to demand that the state of Louisiana fire an employee.

If the league had evidence of Kiffin encouraging a lawsuit, they would’ve already presented it in district court last week.

Furthermore, the players did not sue the SEC. They sued the NCAA. The SEC then overreacted and changed their penalties and threatened to impose them on LSU. It was at that point that the judge, not the players, not LSU, enjoined the SEC to the suit.

You do realize all of the players have had agents and legal teams for years right?

You think these dudes went and signed with NFL teams but didn’t have representatives that would advise them on options they could pursue continuing their eligibility?

Nah, Lane told them to makes more sense I guess.
