He kind of plays like prime Russell Wilson but he is like four-five inches taller. Guy is going to be a serious problem.

We will worry about him when the time comes. He doesnt make many dumb mistakes for a young player.

Dude's a baller. Bama's staff also found a hidden gem in freshman RB Trae'shawn Brown. 3* and overshadowed by Crowell in this past class. But, he's gonna make a name for himself there.

Honestly I think Bama will be a tougher game than Texas. LSU will have to match points in a higher scoring game vs Bama, where I see Texas as a defensive battle. It would be much easier for the Bama game to get away from LSU.

Call me crazy, but I think MSU and Bama will both be tougher than UTx.
I don’t have many doubts regarding our ability to stop the run nor scrounge together points against a stingy defense.
With spears and weeks out for the season, I am way more concerned about mobile QBs who can sling it.
MSU, Bama, and Ole Miss have the best in the league right now, in that regard.
11 men on the field though, and it’s still early enough we don’t truly know any of these teams. I have high expectations for State vs Bama this weekend.

He also had a fumble and 1 of those picks was a Pick 6.
That said, it was the tale of two halves. Shaky start and solid, efficient finish for like 70% overall completion rate.. Could have been worse in his first SEC road game.
He needs to start fast and try and get some cow bells silenced early for sure.
I expect a sloppy game with the noise, environment, early kick, and the team isn't traveling until they morning of. Hopefully, he keeps building on 2nd half of UK and the USCe game. Should be a good game in any case.

He made some bad RPO choices early in that game.
But seemed to settle down in the 2nd half.
At the end of the day he's still a RS Freshman with 4 games under his belt. Teams will adjust to try and take away things from him, and he's going to need to adjust to that just like every other QB.
We'll see, he's got the tools to be great.

Not saying he isn't a good QB or won't develop into an elite one.
For all of the shite Leavitt took after his first SEC road game at Ole Miss, his QBR was over 86.
It's hard to play on the road in the SEC.

That's a hell of an endorsement when you consider that the last 6 Alabama QBs have been drafted within the first 92 spots:
