When it comes to Burrow everyone understands he needed 5 years to develop into the player he is. But, Tua gets no sort of understanding. That's bullshite.

It’s not bullshite bc tua Hasnt been able to last a year...

Y’all touted a better OL, better WRs, better RBs and he lost the head to head. Y’all pretend he was hurt vs LSU when lord Saban said he was 100%.

Burrow did something this year that tua was never going to do and against much better competition.

It’s “what if” vs “what is” with you and you’re stuck in the “what if’s”

You’re one of those that another school can’t have better players huh?

Before 2019 Burrow, I thought Tua was the best pure college QB I’d ever seen. No disrespect in any way to Tua, now I’d take Burrow.

Burrow, because he's three years older.

Lol who’s tearing him down? And because he’s not white? How many black QBs won heisman in recent years? Most LSU fans even in this thread are giving him mad props and some of you can’t handle that burrow is just better. cause he’s not white...

I love Tua to death - Burrow is better all around. More accurate, more durable, better pocket feel.

And Tua is fantastic, Burrow is just at another level all together than anybody right now.

If you watched Tua and Burrow play, you really couldn’t pick Tua.

But who did they each play I. Those first 6 games. The fact that Tua didn’t have 2x the numbers as burrow at that point in the season proves burrow was/is better. Those first 6-7 opponents were terrible.

Meh, not really. Tua's numbers weren't astronomical for the same reason he lost the Heisman to Murray the year before : he didn't throw 40 times.

He had 27 TDs and 1 INT after those 6 games. Averaged about 12 YPA, 75% completion.

His efficiency numbers were the best in the country.

Tua is a machine that never flinched. Smart and accurate and a quick release. Nobody really stopped him when he was healthy. Just slowed him down occasionally.

But IMO, he feasted a bit more on shorter passes and YAC. Burrow has his share of that, but Burrow is phenomenal at extending a play and then throwing 40 yard bombs on a dime. Consistently. And he never really got slowed down. He didn’t have 1 bad game this year.

Wasn't specifically about LSU and Burrow. Just still mad about last season's Heisman outcome.

Well according to this board, LSU had better WRs, OLine, tight end, running back, and coordinators

LSU had a better tight end for sure. Our WRs were the best in LSU history, and Chase is better than anyone Bama has, by a substantial margin. But I’d take Bama’s WRs over ours. The olines are probably even. And Bama’s running back is better. In fact, I think Najee is the best RB of the Saban era. It was QB and coordinators that made LSU better.

I love Najee and am ecstatic to get him back, but no back whose career long after 3 years is 35 yards is the best back of the Saban era.

Healthy Tua vs Clemson:
Bama 16
Clemson 44

Healthy Burrow vs Clemson:
LSU 42
Clemson 25

Any questions?

Burrow. He's the best qb coming out of college that I've seen since Peyton Manning. He's just that good. His records and accolades speak for themselves. No need to even sugar coat it as an LSU fan. He's just that good. Period. Healthy tua still wouldn't and shouldn't be drafted before burrow, and he won't be. There's just no way that you could come to any other conclusion at this point after seeing what both have done this season. Burrow is more accurate, makes better decisions, and is just as mobile and maybe more mobile than the pineapple. Arm strength is about the same, but like I said, burrow makes better decisions and is a tougher played without question. It's like Tua has glass bones of something. Not trying to be an a-hole at all, but the dude seems to get injured at least once every season and there's no reason to believe that he won't continue to get injured as he furthers his career in the nfl. Burrow is the better qb hands down. Sorry if that pisses bama fans off, but he's one of the best qbs of all time to come out of college.

Based on what. It is nearly impossible to be better than what Burrow was this year.

Truth. And any questions still out there were answered last night. And then he lit up a cigar like a boss. JB is a leader of men. If I have a first round pick, it's on him. And no way to replaced the chip he has on his shoulder. Tua is a prima donna. Burrow is "Joe Lunchbox". He just looks like he should play for the Steelers.
