Maybe at Texas too and even Miss. State. That guy is Vince Lombardi, Nick Saban and Tom Landry rolled into one.

There’s no amount of words to describe how scared shitless I would be if LSU hired Freeman as HC

BK on the other hand?

Do you mean no more N Illinois, Marshall, no Army/Navy, Purdue, GaTech, Virginia on the ole schedule? Do you mean he has to actually go through the SEC to make the playoffs?

Surely you jest.

Notre Dame is not any better with Marcus Freeman than they were with Brian Kelly.

They got a very weak side of the bracket. Penn State? C'mon. Texas, Ohio State, Oregon all beat them.

How much of this is other teams are actually playing down to Notre Dame’s level instead of ND actually being good. Nothing they do or have done is ground breaking. In fact, it’s quite pedestrian considering their best win entering the playoffs was Army.

Name one team this year you’ve looked at In the Same light as previous playoff winners.

Is he inheriting the same shite show? If so I’d say probably around the same.

Very possible. Considering Ed O could win at national championship there and put together a GOAT team. Can you imagine what a coach the caliber of Marcus Freeman can do.

Plenty of SEC teams could have made a run at Freeman, why not?

Freeman is succeeding at Notre Dame because he’s a family man, not a fake Cajun “fam-uuh-lee” man.

Has LSU hired any young HCs in the last 3 hires?

Yeah but we’d be better than the best NFL teams if we hired Deon.

Isn’t that how these idiotic threads work?

LSU not hiring a minority head coach, he would get the Charlie Strong and Kevin Sumlin treatment.

They couldn’t make that hire.

In what universe does this Freeman coached ND team come within two scores of 2018 Clemson or 2020 Alabama? Anxious for your thoughts.

LSU fans were saying Woodward hires the ones with lots of HC experience. BK fit that mold over Freeman or Sunbelt Billy. See what I mean?

Which is why BK beat Nick Saban’s Alabama team in his 1st year, while Alabama had the eventual #1 and #3 draft picks on the field, on his way to the SECCG.

Meanwhile, Notre Dame’s Marcus Freeman has lost to 2 unranked non-p4 opponents at home and Florida fans are celebrating Sunbelt Billy’s 3rd consecutive season with at least 5 losses
