We forfeited a win and that counts as an Ole Miss win.

We have a great shot to beat Alabama and more on that next week. Right now we need to focus on Bye Week and not have a WAOM moment.

Seriously, we have a good shot to beat Alabama. A lot changes in a year. The Tide got the TAMU monkey off their back, maybe we can get the elephant off ours. In last years game there was a combined total of 523 yards off offense. It should be different this year. We stayed toe to toe with them, but 3 turnovers and a 99 yard KO return doomed us.

You are right, let's not give Mississippi State any ammo. Let's go with

I might as well. Fox Sports Southwest just had a no huddle replay of y'alls game against tu. If that number 3 gets some momentum, y'all are going to be formidable. Granted, the defense y'all played was horrendous, but all it takes is a couple plays sometimes.

I put it at 5%. Unfortunately for y'all, Bama prepared all off season for Manziel and the Aggies. Ole Miss's offense is fairly similar just two or three notches lower in talent. Granted, Bama gave up more points than any gump thought was possible to that offense, but I think you'll need a special teams TD and a few key turnovers to get it done.

I thought it would be around 42 fwiw. I never thought we'd score 49. I predicted a loss

I said Bama was gonna need 45 to win multiple times, and the Saban love fest and the impenetrable barrier of 30 points was brought up ad nauseam. I do think that barrier exists for Ole Miss though, which is why they'll need a special teams touchdown, and a few turnovers that rob points from Bama to have a prayer.

ruling on the field was completion. It was overturned despite zero case to be made that there was indisputable video evidence that he wasn't forced out of bounds as well as the fact that there was obvious indisputable video evidence that the defender touched the ball first.

In conclusion: LINK

What is more ridiculous - schedule ratings by one of the BCS computer programs after three weeks?

This one is solely based on only the games that have been played so far.

Or schedule ratings by the sandy vaginas of Rantards after zero weeks?

This one is based on knowledge and pretty solid expectations of which teams should be pretty decent.

So yea, the Sagarin 3 week rating is infintely more ridiclous than "rantard" with even limited knowledge realizing that a schedule against UF, UGA, A&M, Bama is WAY MORE challenging than a schedule against only A&M and LSU.

The Bama game last year vs OM would of been much closer if Bama wouldn't have capitalized on all the turnovers by OM. If OM holds on to the ball....watch out!

Don't know if it's been talked about in this thread but take OM +17 if you can get it... Load up in the Rebs.. Bama wins but no way they cover.

I feel that Ole Miss beating Texas and stirring up the Saban to Austin talk has the Tide fired up. Revenge game now.

I'd put the odds at 3:1. If we win it will be because those freshman OL played like grown men and allowed us to seal the edge. If Scott can get to the outside and turn up field, I feel good about Moncrief, Treadwell, and Ingram blocking for him upfield. The other thing that will have to happen is Bo will have to hit his receivers every time they get free. It will only happen a handful of times; so he'll have to take advantage of it every time it does.

We won't run it up the middle any more than we have to keep you honest, and when we do, it won't get us much. It'll have to be done through playing damn near perfectly at the things we're good at.

I just don't remember last year's game being all that close. Sure OM took a brief lead until Jones returned the ensuing KO back for a TD. But after that point, Bama pretty much controlled the game and it never really was in question.

I'll have to re-watch it this weekend. I was really drunk that night.

If OM wins it's only because CSU wore them down for you. Right guys?
