Might have to send our top crew up for that game.

That said, watching Cubelic's breakdown, it's pretty clear that while he was mightily impressed with LSU, he was not impressed at all with Clemson's preparation or execution.

There is no doubt that some of that was LSU, but Clemson should have been able to play better than that and should have been coached better than that. The vast majority of teams in this conference won't be that kind of cakewalk from a sheer execution standpoint. Will one of those be Tennessee? I don't know but I'd say it's likely they'd give LSU a much better show.

I will also say LSU's QB is gonna need to find better ways to beat people than running for 100 plus. He's not gonna be able to do that every game and attempting to do so would likely see him wind up sitting and watching someone else do his job. As far as a passer, he's had one pretty good year and the rest are kind of "meh". Got more talent around him in BR, so we'll see if that elevates his passing game.

I agree with all of this.

Clemson couldn't do the small things correctly. It was exacerbated by LSU playing fast and executing so well, but they really played poorly as well.

I'm glad we have LaTech this weekend and hopefully we don't shite the bed and are able to get the passing game syncing. We'll need it.

Didn’t you hear?? Their team of mercenaries are going to be really mad at Tennessee’s chancellor for being a big meanie to their coach! Hopefully we can keep it within 200

Furman ran it down their throats.

Furman had 221 total yards and 9 points. UT's scrubs gave up 115 of those yards and 6 of those points in the 4th quarter when the game was well out of hand.

It may very well be a challenge for the portal class LSU offense if they have to go silent snap counts in that noise, but LSU walks out with a W and some mustard stains in a high scoring affair.

Good analysis

It’s ONE game, still think we lose 2 games minimum but we’ll see how it plays out.

I agree with all of this. Clemson was absolute dog shite, particularly on offense. LSU did what good teams do to dog shite teams, and that’s why we are so pumped.

The offense is still getting there. The defense was everything we wanted it to be.

LSUs scrubs only gave up 70 yards against a power 4 opponent in the 4th.

Agreed and having that opinion does not downgrade LSU at all imo. LSU didn’t exactly what a great team is supposed to do there. Destroy them. With that said it’s still impressive to do to a school like Clemson. It’s not like it’s Florida gulf coast or anything.
