I voted for LSU at the top of the power poll.
Considering the talent on the other side of the ball and the complete annihilation, I felt it was warranted.
That said, watching Cubelic's breakdown, it's pretty clear that while he was mightily impressed with LSU, he was not impressed at all with Clemson's preparation or execution.
There is no doubt that some of that was LSU, but Clemson should have been able to play better than that and should have been coached better than that. The vast majority of teams in this conference won't be that kind of cakewalk from a sheer execution standpoint. Will one of those be Tennessee? I don't know but I'd say it's likely they'd give LSU a much better show.
I will also say LSU's QB is gonna need to find better ways to beat people than running for 100 plus. He's not gonna be able to do that every game and attempting to do so would likely see him wind up sitting and watching someone else do his job. As far as a passer, he's had one pretty good year and the rest are kind of "meh". Got more talent around him in BR, so we'll see if that elevates his passing game.

Tennessee was an afterthought on LSU's 2026 schedule. They may have been able to catch LSU slipping. But the Tenn president leading the charge for the SEC to punish LSU, they have made it personal.

Haha like in 22.
UT wins big, by 14 at least..
The only sad part is that by the time Tennessee plays LSU the tigres will have so many losses that tennessee's win won't look very impressive anymore.

Most games will be on who has the better O line. LSU’s defense was the fastest anyone saw last week while their O line pushed Clemson around like they were children. I didn’t watch UTK in full but they definitely didn’t get challenged. We will know more after this week.

Well Cole Cubelic had UT in the top 3 Olines the SEC. That was one mans opinion, but if there is one thing that man knows about it is offensive lines.
He had LSU in the second tier..

It was already personal for Lane. Now it’s personal for LSU.
LSU wins big.

Are you trolling? Lord have mercy lmfao. Concentrate on your schedule and stop looking down the road to the 11th game of the season. Bookmarked.

By the time the game is over the vol fans will be throwing mustard and golf balls at Jabba the Heupel.

Tennessee will win by negative 42 points or so
It’ll go as an L on the box score, but I mean they won the game in spirit

Yeah...I'm sure Lane didn't have a return to Knoxville circled on his calendar after the golf ball/mustard incident when Ole Miss was last there.
