Milton doesn't have it between the ears. We will suck as long as he is playing.

We're work in progress with a new QB and a lot of young players who need to step up to fill big shoes lost to the NFL.
They had a gut check vs SC and came through in the second half but we don't look like a playoff contender at this point in the season.
We will probably win the East but I won't be surprised to see a loss @Knoxville.

It takes a certain type of QB to beat our defense.

Kentucky and Ole Miss are going to be the toughest tests for our team.

Carson and Bobo need to figure out our identity on 3rd down and red zone.
Right now, we appear to be playing too conservative.

A team goes as its O-line goes.
Ours is not performing at SEC level, and it shows.
If there was massive improvement there, we would be competitive.
I don't see that happening this year.

A lot of games between now and then. This team is built more that the 2021 team. O will get better as year goes on. My concerns are around injuries. They seem to be piling up this year.

Defense potentially top 5-10 in the country again, offense needs to get healthy and better Oline play .

FG kicking could cost us a game..

3-0, number 1 in the country, 1-0 on SEC, LOTS of room for improvement though.

Have to clean things up on the discipline end. My worry is we’re running out of time to do so.

Overall not bad.

I have no complaints. Offense looked about as solid as anyone could hope for. Defense is improving

Mississippi State stinks.

Bottom line, the experts were right, last in the west unless someone is worse? Is that even possible?

Zero run game! Great QB. Both lines are improving but lots still to do. Played better than I or anyone else expected but it was still an "L"

I had hoped our O-line would gel and at least play vaguely okay. I was off base on that wish. If KJ is still standing after the 4 game road swing from Hell the Pope should declare it an official miracle.

Our defense continues to play surprisingly well, they were absolutely hung out to dry by our offense and special teams play.

State will be hiring a new head coach by or before the end of 2024. Zach isn’t close to ready to be a head coach in this league. And he possibly made horrid hires for his two coordinators.

You’re talking about a State roster with a ton of seniors who went 9-4 last year, and I think they’ll be lucky to get to 6-6.

A&M has disappointed so far, but can score a lot.

With Durkin not rushing the passer, at all…. We just have no idea if we’ll be able to stop good teams yet. Couldn’t stop Miami, so no I’m not impressed with the other wins.

So A&M has to show me something in conference play before I get excited.

They are who I thought they were.... It all hinges on Ewers Dr. Jekyll & Mr Hyde QB play. Could run the table in the BDF or could easily lose 3 more games due to QB & playcalling stupidity when the QB is off.

I had expected the run game to be our strong point on offense.
