Once a house goes on the public in MLS the seller's becomes limited in their ability to screen potential buyer’s if they are going to allow showings.
Soccer isn’t as popular here in the states as it is other places in the world.

Private listings can be beneficial to families, especially with young children that are still in a house and trying to sell. It allows them access to networks where they can sell their house, but not have to get it ready for the general public, who comes in and does all kind of wild shite.
