Yeah. Too bad he’s not as qualified as Stacey Abrams, who worked as a tax attorney before beginning her political career.

A tax attorney who couldn’t pay her own fricking taxes. She was almost 100G in debt on back taxes.

Damn near anyone could have won in Alabama last year. All you had to do was praise Trump, the Bible, and have your primary opponent be someone excommunicated from the Trump administration.

No incumbent the fight. I doubt anyone seriously challenges him.

Ag commissioner is running against him.

Ag commissioner is typically a position for life. He will garner some support.

I still think herschel runs away with it.

Actually being a Georgia resident before announcing your candidacy would have been a good move though.

Perdue and Loeffler lived out of state before their terms as senators as well.

Senate is the millionaires club. That is the only requirement for entry. Not prior residence.

Ah yes. Both football related candidates from the south.

Thanks for proving my point.

His point was that you were foolish to disparage Southerners for electing niche candidates who were entirely unqualified since people in other regions do the same thing. His point was obviously waaayyyy over your head.

California elected a body builder/actor to be governor. Minnesota elected a professional wrestler. How is that any different from electing a football player?

It isn't. But you chose to bash the South.

I'm a Herschel fan and would vote for him, but he has a lot of bad history that can be substantiated, such as threatening to kill his wife numerous times. Things that will probably preclude him being elected

downvote all you want to, or get educated about it. Here is just a little of it.... LINK

the point is that if the Republicans nominate him it will pretty much be a slam dunk for the Democrats

I'm sure there are plenty of black men in Georgia who won't give a shite about that.

It's about demographics. Walker will take a huge chunk of a demographic that Democrats have to carry in huge numbers in order to win.

Say what you will. Tuberville won because of Trump
support in Trump’s most popular state. He wasn’t Roy Moore so he had that going for him.

When it comes to knowledge, he’s lacking. If you want to defend him being sworn in and thinking the Senate and House are two of the three branches of our government then by all means, go for it.

Tubs is a fricking moron. He thinks history and civics arent taught in schools anymore. He thinks his Dad fought in WWII against Socialism. He thought Al Gore was President Elect

Was (in my opinion) the greatest college running back...ever...and has a B.S. in Criminal Justice from UGA.

Not sure what would make any of them qualified or not...

"Our government wasn’t set up for one group to have all three branches of government — wasn’t set up that way,” Tuberville continued, saying incorrectly: “You know, the House, the Senate, and the executive.”

You voted for someone who claimed to have visited 57 states. I wouldn't throw those stones too hard from your glass house.

Judging by the results produced by our government, whatever it is we have settled on for "qualified" obviously isn't working.

$28 trillion in debt and arse-kicked by third world goat humpers.

Not sure how many more qualified politicians we can withstand.
