Here's my point since you guys can't follow.
1. Fellow lsu fans have said yall started the season with 70 players.
1A. Why? Did O not know people were leaving early? Why wasn't this addressed in recuriting? Did lsu not recruit the alloted number of players?
2. Is this the first time a team had players leave early? Transfer? I'll give you the fact that the this is the first time players have had the opportunity to opt out.
Ya'lls whole argument is that you had below 53 players, you had no tightends (which tells us some covid info if true), and your backup qb was a punter. But really you have no information for the numbers you post or your argument. You're just spewing the same rhetoric over and over using made up numbers. Because you yourself don't know.

You don't find issue with the fact that O didn't address your player shortage issue? A team can have up to 125 players with 85 of those being on scholarship. And you guys only had 70?
At this point I don't care about the game, it will or won't be played. I just find the numbers yall are using are bs.

They refuse to admit their numbers are due to Orgeron's mismanagement rather than COVID

Are you making these same arguments about Texas A&M and Jimbo Fisher right now?

Too lazy to search your post history but I'm guessing no.

Actually, I do know. LSU had somewhere between 40-45 scholarship players available with no long snappers, no tight ends, only one quarterback, and only a few receivers among them.

I don't have a link but that was the case, not trolling at all.

We had a historic turnover due to Covid + having one of greatest seasons in CFB history, no one could've forseen any of that.

If you can give a reasonable explanation as to how and what Orgeron mismanaged, I'm all ears.

Saban doesn't seem to have this problem.

Saban has never lost anywhere close to what LSU lost last offseason.

Saban is the best recruiter and CEO coach in the game which is why Bama is always stacked and always in contention. Saban seems to managing relatively well through COVID.

Orgeron is Cajun Chizik and caught lightning in a bottle. My argument is reinforced by the fact that you have a sub .500 record and battling for the cellar in the West. the fact that you couldn't field a team is on Orgeron not COVID.

LSU started the year with 70 players, that’s before injuries, suspensions and more opt outs. Add 4 covid players and contact tracing...not hard to get below 53. Be better!

I think the issue that anyone and everyone has is with WHEN your Coach decided to announce their number of positives and those quarantined. He sat on it for a week! Holds a presser saying "we ready and other bullshite! Prepping for BAMA! Ready for the challenge!" Then once the game is cancelled, he says that they were prepping for Arky since they knew the BAMA game wasn't going to happen!!! So which fanbase has the "mouth breathers" now?

He also said later that they started for prepping for Alabama again later in the week because they thought they might get to play.

But Bama fans always leave that part of the quote out.

All of those words dont change the fact that Saban has never lost 35-40 players in a single offseason.

He's also never had the most players drafted at one time then had to deal with opt outs on top of that because other players had nothing left to prove.

I had just assumed Karma was waiting until an elimination game before laying waste to Alabama football. That level of trolling always comes back around at the worst time...

November 9th Orgeron said they're preparing for Alabama LINK

November 11 he evidently couldn't keep his lies straight because he said they've been preparing for Arkansas since the first of the week LINK

Cool. Did they lose to Kentucky the last time they played?
