I appreciate how shrinkflation doesn't apply at Buc-ee's. One of their burritos feels like a brick when you're carrying the bag to the car.

And Tech’s. Keep buying that gas everywhere

Got a WAWAs by my wife's rhumelogist office by the High School in Fairhope. Not impressed...

Surprisingly great Fudge flavors.

Only useful if you’re hungry for brisket.
It’s middling quality brisket.

I got stuck in the parking lot for 45 minutes because of that god awful service road light. Hopefully they fixed that.

The one in foley is nuts. All of them in Tejas are great. They have a lot more than just good brisket also.

The Foley location has trouble with tourists from Louisiana trying to spend their vacation in the bathrooms because they are so much nicer than anything they have ever experienced.
Vacation in the bathroom? Nah.
So much nicer? Perhaps.
They do keep them cleaned and deodorized, and my wife usually cleans ours only once a week.

Kids wanted some sour power candy so I stopped at the frickees in brunswick on i-95 two days ago. Looked like the zombie apocalypse.

Their restrooms are great. Other than that, it’s a damn gas station. It’s insanely overhyped
Yeah. No. It is not just a gas station.

Love Buc-ee's and their Fudge. (I'll fight any redneck cretin that doesn't)
We first started going to the Original one off I-10 in Luling, Texas (When making a trip to San Antonio from Houston) and have been in every one of them off I-10 from Texas to Florida.
There's one close by now here in Daytona.
We go now just for fudge, salsa, seasonings and Buc-ees Nuggets. It's not so crowded at night.

I used to Like Buccee's.
Now days, it is so congested during normal travel hours that I just avoid it. It's, also, insanely over priced on a lot of stuff.
I live about 10 miles from one and drive in front everyday. I do stop every now and then, especially to get deer corn for my feeder, but I do so during non-peak hours.

Knowing my history, I would have the brisket finished before I even got back on the highway. is the beef jerkey dry and tough like it is suppose to be, or is it like eating a little beef hot dog?

in texas buccees brisket is not "good"... there is so much better brisket out there.

The best locations are the ones in the small towns that are the size of an actual gas station and aren't infested with people.
Eagle Lake and Giddings Texas. Get your gas, Dr Pepper, sandwich, jerky, and bathroom break-in and out in 10 minutes.
