Title IX isn't the NCAA's jurisdiction? Where do you constantly come up with this bull shite?

and Baylor got probation. It just wasn't for the sex crimes. It was for other stuff they found while investigating the cover up.

So he beats Florida with a depleted roster abs still gets fired? That’s going to look real attractive to coaches.

Was fired prior to the UF game.

This ain't Alleva succumbing to emotion after Miles beat TAMU in '15. There's an alpha in that chair now.

so you honestly believe the NCAA isn't looking into all of the reported sex crimes?
I haven't followed a lot of this stuff; but it doesn't worry me that much.

The Miles stuff was under Miles and Alleva. A lot of the other stuff was under Orgeron and Alleva.

LSU has changed out the President, the AD, and now will bring in a new head football coach. I think you can pose the argument that LSU is "institutionally" addressing issues.

Call me a cynic, but I think some things came to light in order to leverage Orgeron out, once it became clear (in 2020) that he didn't have what it takes to win.

I'm not afraid of the NCAA throwing heavy penalties down, not at a major P5 program. The NCAA is bending over backwards to stay relevant.

These college coaches are smarter than all of Us.. Make serious life changing wealth - coach 3-4 years - bang hot coeds - get a good tv gig. Play golf and go the beach a lot.

It's quite clear you don't understand how this works.

The NCAA tried to smash Penn State and failed miserably, they then basically left Baylor alone.

Both of those situations were much worse than what is alleged to have happened at LSU.

The writing was on the wall for Ed O. There has been talk of him losing the locker room for weeks. Good move for LSU to let him go, but why keep him through the end of the year? Seems really counterproductive.

No decent coach is gonna want to go there and get fired less than 2 years after an NC

LOL!!

Let’s see... LSU is THE only school in the country where it’s last 3 coaches won national championships. LSU plays in the ultra wealthy, ultra successful, ultra televised, and best conference in the country. LSU has one of the top 5 recruiting bases in the country. LSU can afford to pay any Coach and his staff major dollars. LSU has top ten football facilities in the country.

No... it’s not a very attractive job at all. Lol
