Gotta love how Bama fans NOW don’t like all the changes to the game

Saban literally came in and started to ruin the game we all used to know and love.

He started the football arms race… paying exhorbitant amounts of $$$ for coaches, assistants, etc.

He started the hiring of dozens and dozens of support staff and analysts

He started the concept of processing players to upgrade the roster

He is the one that made this a multiple billion $$ industry that finally made the players wonder where their piece of the pie was… and now that the paying of players is on top of the table rather than underneath, Bama fans want to complain about it being the “wild, Wild West”

We’re here in large part because of what Saban started. Bama fans were fine with all the changes to the game when they were the ones leading the change. Sorry you don’t get to say, “oh shucks, let’s stop all this change now” only because you’ve lost your coach and are no longer on the cutting edge.

Buckle up. It’s going to be a bumpy ride.

You aren’t wrong.

We’ll step back from the ledge when the portal finally closes.

And maybe we have the opportunity to snag a couple Wolverines soon.

Who knows.

The piece of pie is right there in the massive revenues being generated by CFB.

The problem is they elected to go with this NIL kickstarter sideshow bullshite rather than simply admit it’s not an amateur league anymore.

It’s funny how it’s only now a problem once it happened to them

You are so right! It was all fun and games when Bama was paying players under the table and giving them dodge chargers. Now it’s legal to pay players and they can’t overstock anymore, the system needs changing. lol

I remember years ago they started a trend of gray shirting 4 star players. That’s how loaded their roster was. They were asking highly rated recruits to wait on a scholarship and these dumb kids were listening to it. Then they would essentially tell kids when they were done with them to find a new home so they could bring in the lastest batch of kid. Gone are the days just stashing big time players so no one else can have them.

Y'all have claimed he has run college football and did what he wanted for the past few years....so now you want to back track on that?

As an Auburn fan you must be thrilled with 4 straight losing seasons, and 4 straight losses to Bama and UGA.

Bama fans have complained about NIL since day one. Saban was bitching about Bryce Young's NIL deal, saying 'We got a player making six figures who's never started a game.'

You idiots just started paying attention.

Gus Malzahn being exposed and replaced by Bryan Harsin is the only reason Auburn has looked like shite the last 4 years. Auburn will have no trouble keeping up in the current landscape of CFB, just needed a coach who knows what he’s doing and it seems like we have him

Alabama fans between the ages of 17-34 lack the ability to mentally process things not going their way.
