Well KD is winning. He had a winning season. What’s hard is winning to the degree Bama is used to under Saban. 24 years between Bryant and Saban yielded 1 NC between 7 different coaches. No. It’s not all that easy.

Goodman must have forgotten how many coaches Bama went through between Bryant and Saban…..none of those coaches between Bryant and Saban found it easy. He also must have forgotten that Bama hiring Saban was a desperate move after Rich effin Rodriguez and Spurrier turned them down.

Can they afford to become mediocre? $70 mill is chump change compared to what they lose if that happens.
