It can easily be done. Quit giving aid to foreigners and countries that hate us, end all of the fraud that is being exposed, and, if necessary, end social programs except for the truly infirmed. If you are healthy enough to frick and bear children, you can go to work. Breeding more parasites shouldn't be rewarded with more free stuff.

VA benefits are earned unlike welfare. There are exceptions. My point was welfare queens and leeches.

Just like Muslims, they claim to not be violent but then threaten to harm you if you don't give them their way. We are past due for a purge.
I bet if we really audited all of these type programs, the money trail would lead back to the politicians and bureaucrates that pass the funding bills. These centers are run by close associates or families of those approving the funding.
The testing isn't the problem. People thinking it's the government's problem to fund is what's wrong. Sucks that you have an autistic child but quit expecting the taxpayer to subsist them.

2 year waiting list in Tampa according to local news. Lesbian Mayor asking landlords to join program. Don't know where those waiting are living but I suggest moving to somewhere they can afford. If we cared about prevention we'd still have the 3 strike rules. Repeat offenders should be executed. Now that would be real prevention.
Youth Leadership Program? Sounds a lot like Learing Center. Someone needs to audit her funding and the # of participants.
