I was just agreeing with your fellow Auburn fan. Auburn plays great, aggressive defense. If they are calling more fouls for contact it hurts Auburn.
I think Alabama can best this Auburn team, but Auburn looks like the best team in the country.

Pearl is an excellent coach. He had a good game plan. The officials let them play the style he wanted.
I am just glad that Alabama hung around all the way to the end despite one of if not their worst shooting game of the season.
Every game SEC officials still baffle me how they see things, even with replay, differently than 90% of the people watching and the commentators. It is bizarre and baffling.

Alabama got some good looks in the first half and the shots just weren’t falling. He’ll, I can think of 3 they missed right under the basket in the second half.
Auburn really took away the 3 in the second half, I give them that, but Alabama still made a couple of runs and either tied it up or took the lead once or twice, but could never get over the hump.
I give Auburn props, they are the best team in the country IMO, but I think Alabama can beat them.

I suppose anybody is beatable but you are kiddin yourself if you think Bama missed their gimmes and Auburn made all of theirs. Now its headed to Auburn and Bama gets Johnni'd

Alabama isn't Florida. Hell, Alabama might not even be Tennessee. There won't be two egregious flagrant reviews when Alabama comes to Auburn, and all of our starters won't have 3 fouls to start the second half.
Now, if we see Alabama in Nashville, that's probably a coin flip, maybe a slight lean to Auburn.

Because Aubbie had their nuts in our face the whole game. We don’t run any picks or screens and actual fricking plays to get people out of our grille. I’d love to see the statistics around what % of shots are taken from the person who brought it down the court. We have a great team. Tonight doesn’t mean anything in reality unless we change up a few things. Because Aubbie and Duke will kick our arse.
