Georgia fans: Who will be your starting quarterback in 2023?

The Bulldogs have a trio of potential starters in Carson Beck, Brock Vandagriff, and Gunner Stockton. Each quarterback brings a little different flavor to the offense.
The Bulldogs open the season at home against UT Martin and Ball State, and could use these two opening games to determine the starting quarterback.
Carson Beck, entering his fourth season in Athens, has the most experience. Beck should have the best chemistry with Georgia receivers like Brock Bowers. But he's the least mobile of the three quarterbacks competing.
Brock Vandagriff, a former five-star recruit, is probably the most prototypical modern quarterback, and his size and speed give a boost to the run game. But he also lacks experience.
Gunner Stockton has excellent mobility but is the least experienced. Overall, Stockton winning the starting job would be a surprise.

Whichever is closest to retirement age.

Beck but he'll be challenged by Stockton early.

Probably Beck to start with at least. He looked very good in his opportunities last year.
74.3 completion percentage, 8.9 yards per attempt (35 pass attempts), 4 TD, 0 picks, 186 QB rating. 6.1 yards per rush attempt (7 rushes).

Our schedule next year pisses me off. 9 SEC games cannot get here soon enough.

We had Oklahoma on the schedule.
You are that desperate to play Arkansas again that you would trade quality home and homes out of conference?
No thanks.
Half of the SEC is below average. There is no benefit to the 9th game. If anything, do away with divisions so we don't have to suffer with vandy, mizzou, and South Carolina every year.

Hopefully this spring will sort things out and become clearer for the QB position.
Which guy has the most accurate arm? Do we know?
Which of them is the best at avoiding the rush?
They all should know the offense, if Monken is still there come spring.

Saw an interesting theory that, given our less than challenging early schedule, each one could be given a game to start and the ongoing starter could be decided on the field in a matter of speaking.
I don't believe it will happen, but it isn't unprecedented, as Michigan did the same thing last season.

One of those 3 may not be around after Spring ball...

Quite the travel ball set of names.

You left off their new transfer, Betson Stennet.

Beck is likely to start out but I still like Gunner to win the job eventually. He’s the future.

If anyone other than Beck wins the starting job, someone is transferring.
Even if Beck wins it's possible someone will transfer. QB is a need in UGA's next recruiting class. They have Ryan Puglisi committed already (#10 QB, #124 overall). He may not be the only target.
