Gary has unintentional bias. He says good shite about alabama and recently uga because he “perceives them” to be better. You could tell how shocked he was when Arkansas beat Texas A&M because he thought A&M is “supposed to win.” And you could tell the exact same about A&M when they were beating bama. It’s just annoying that he can’t go into a game and pretend he doesn’t already think he knows who’s going to win. Some believe because of that he has favorites but really he’s just a smug a-hole who thinks he already knows who’s worth a shite and who’s not but he really doesn’t.

His personality grates on my nerves enough that I honestly couldn’t care less what he says and have no evaluation of it. He’s just irritating.

Gary Danielson leaves the action too often to discuss poorly worded personal views. In the 2009 SECCG vs Florida, G-Mac is having the game of his life and he suddenly goes into this, Greg McElroy thing about, "he was the guy nobody at Alabama wanted." And he repeated this crap as action is unfolding. Yes, G-Mac comes in when Tebow selects the Gators, but to constantly characterize him as the guy BAMA didn't want, when we are the team that ultimately signed him, is a poor tangent.
From constant flow charts on which type of QB it takes to beat BAMA to Danielson's repeated storytime, it's been enough. I enjoy guys like Todd Blackledge, and Herbie so much more. Just call the action dude.

He’s a solid 10 out of 10 when I have my volume turned off. When it’s on, about a 6. I think he missed his calling, he’d be a great coach.

The biggest thing that irks me with Gary, is nearly every time there’s a penalty, he’ll call some other foul away from what the refs threw the flag for. It’s consistent. And once I hear him do it, it’ll annoy the shite outta me the entire game.

If he could stay on point he’d be great. The drag on stories not related to the game, in the middle of active plays was unbearable.
