What a time that was! Seems like it was ages ago.
Col. Reb and MS jurists take Tonsillitis and subsequent weight loss very seriously in their state.

Question: if LSU and other schools could find out that the 2022 kids that only want to come back for 5th year had some sore throats at some time during their college tenure; and they can get a judge to agree that this warrants a 5TH year, is everything cool now?

It was wrong for him and Pavia. It has led to a lot of the bs we are currently dealing with. I have never understood the running to a local court to pitch a bitch fit because you want an ineligible player to play. It’s goofy and destroying the game regardless of who does it

You are doing it right. He shouldn’t be playing. It’s ridiculous that he was granted another year by some goofball judge who has nothing to do with the sport

Nope they just used up all their eligibility and then whined to the courts for an extra year for bs reasons. Sore throat and couldn’t make money due to being a juco player( who the hell even pays juco nil?)

It is pretty obvious that in the present day, college football eligibility has no expiration date. Players can just keep on playing indefinitely.
Oh but there is this rule that says only 5 years. Ha, file suit, get injunction, suit up and play. Rinse and Repeat.
And I am not sure when this madness is going to end.

I think you’re confusing the stance. Most LSU fans don’t like it anymore than the next person. But we didn’t open this can of worms, and if Kiffin doesn’t sign these guys someone else will.
None of them should be playing. Period.
This mess of some can play, but some can’t, and even some of those can because a technicality is ridiculous.
