Florida looks bad in all of this

Just fired a coach that won the East the past 2 years. And screwed him out of his 12.5 million buyout.
Why would any high profile coach want to go to UF?

They look aggressive, smart(not having to pay), and dedicated to winning to me.

I thought McElwain initiated the buyout talks

To win shite. Something MSU doesn't really know much about so stay the frick out of it.

Come on, it could very well be someone besides Mullen.

Somehow I think they'll be fine. Keeping a buck toothed a-hole on your sidelines looks worse.

Hopefully this scares away all the posers

winning shite at Florida gets you fired apparently.

They look greedy with unrealistic expectations to me

He didn't win anything.
Winning division titles doesn't keep you in a job at Florida.
Especially when you're an a-hole.

We did not win anything of note.

Mac shite the bed there in several ways. He's not the the sharpest tool in the shed. A smart guy who is confident he fits the UF gig, can succeed there and work well with the admin there, won't be scared away by UF parting ways with Mac the way they did.
Mac, himself, created a good enough case for UF to fire him with cause and not pay him a dime of his buyout. However, doing so could've resulted in protracted legal battle, a la Mike Leach vs Texas Tech. Not good for either side. UF moving swiftly to part ways via a settlement with Mac doesn't make UF look nearly as bad as fans of other teams want to believe it does.
Jmho.

For those who think Fla. looks smart here on the buyout, would you want to sign up as HC if you have a promising future?

Total Offense Rank:
2015 - #112
2016 - #116
2017 - #113
He was consistent.
Unrealistic expectations, GTFO with that shite. The biggest school in the state with the most speed and we can't crack the top 100? He needed to be taken out back and shot.
