Honestly I hate this rule for CFB. It works for pros where you have Rodgers, Mahomes, Allen, Burrow etc who are masters of their craft. But this is gonna kill the chances for so many dramatic comebacks and endings in college football where they just aren’t skilled enough to manage it.
