Just finished Happiness. Wow I can't believe this was put on film honestly. The pedo stuff is extremely uncomfortable and terrifying.

First of all, why is the seller paying for inspections? Isn't that typically done by a buyer? Also, you say your daughter will be refunded the earnest money. The earnest money is put up by the buyer, you're making it sound like she put up the earnest money?

True story, I was in Vegas at a poker table with a younger dude who was from Seattle and he was talking about this. He said the whole dating scene is like this in Seattle. I didn't believe it so I looked up some stuff about. The subreddit on this is craziness. Things like my husband of 20 years and 3 kids spends more time with his girlfriend type stuff
